THis number called a BUSINESS at 1120am/1221pm, it IS a ROBO caller, pressing one gets you hung up on if lines are full. Please report these #'s to the FCC. Just google complaint FCC, follow the instructions.
So...respond to somebody...complain that they provided no information...provide no information yourself. Why bother if YOU have no information to contribute?
No company name was given, but the Caller ID listed that the call was from Des Moines, IA. They called me and I answered, it sounded like a live person who spoke very carefully, almost like a recording. Mentioned something about student loan debt forgiveness. I hung up before I heard any further considering it's an out of state number for me, plus my student loans were paid off years ago. I don't recommend answering this call.
Called this morning. No message. I don't pick up unknown callers. I add them under ' hemorroids' and set them to go straight to voicemail. Pain in the [***]!
I did answer. A man asking if I wanted to get my student loans forgiven said to press one if I wanted to continue and nine if I didn't. It was early and I'm dealing with my loans so like an idiot, I pressed one. The phone clicked over like it was going to another line and then disconnected... now what.?I know I messed up. But exactly how bad did I mess up; that's the question

Welly well. This one briefly appeared in my CID. It disappeared before I could decline it. Am I disappointed? Naaaaah, just pissed off! There are enough posts here identifying it as a student loan scam, so that justifies me coming here to tell the caller to [***] off. I feel so much better.Peace and love,FFTWW

Left voice mail with sound like a horn.
This caller claimed to be a rep from Intuit/QuickBooks & we needed to renew our Subscription for $1899.99. After asking a few questions things sounded strange. Asked her for our PIN # & she did not give the correct number.
Call came in. Hello, hello. No response. Disconnected. Suspect possibly WELLS Fargo (WF) , but no actual idea. Don't trust one moment.
