Missed this call from Des Moinea, IA. After reading these replies I am blocking this number. Thanks to all who posted on this number.
I have received numerous calls from this#. We finally realized that since we filed for bankruptcy (we lost everything during my Husbands illness) we included FINGERHUT-they are the only merchant that have our back-up emergency phone#. We've been harassed with calls 61 in the last 3 days to be exact. When I called FINGERHUT to give them our bankruptcy info they swore and called me every name in the book.
Got a call from the said number at 12:18 PM ET, June 16, 2017. Did not answer the call; not sure how she/he got my cell #. I see posts on this forum about an association with student loan payment but ironically I completed payment of my student loan on the 2nd of this month.

The person called to verify employment of someone, but I didn't recognize the person's name. The caller had an accent, and I couldn't understand them. I didn't call back to let them know they had reached a wrong number.

Unsolicited call. Wanted me to complete my "voter profile." I've voted from this address for over 20 years.
It happened to me they got into my computer and got all bank info they took over $4000. from me left me with nothing. Don't trust anyone this was a setup.
