called 10 am. No answer when I picked up. No background noise like most boiler room calls. After awhile a recorded message came on and said "Goodbye"

The same number as last time - a guy with e Chinese accent telling that my computer has a problem. This happens everytime (in less than 10 minutes) that I send a problem report to Microsoft (very common with the Words Windows version 7). I think they found the manner to intercept the communication entering at Windows via icloud. Once I had replied and they said that I must sent 500$ Can to the Chinese Qiumu Zhu in China for fixing the problem... he didn't fix. And the month after, I was charged some 394$ in my credit card for a purchase at BBCOMEGO (Guandong - China) (red fish bolls), for which I refuse to pay. The Bank of Montreal (BMO) suspended my account and retrieve all my boni AirMiles points (3857). My phone in on the national list of numbers (LNNTE) and they are still calling me.
