I have been contacted by this number several times. Each time I tell them that I am not the person they are calling. I asked the person to rwverse lookup my number to see its not whi they are looking for. However... they still call.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
