Anyone dealt with Portfolio Management solutions based in London Ontario?I have a student loan with them and just the other day received 2 letters stating I have 2 loans with them. This never came up through the last couple of years. I have been paying them - are they legit? Anyone who knows anything about this would be helpful.

They called for my husband and the message said that they had a great offer for him!! when I called back requesting to know the nature of their call I was told it was none of my business. I asked them to not call back and was told/Yelled at they'd continue to call until my "dead beat husband returned their call I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told No repeatedly and continued to be yelled at. Finally a supervisor by the Name of Dave Cochrane came on the phone and immediately yelled at me for wasting their time. I contacted The canadian government about this company @ 1- 800-889-9768 andwas given the OPerator/managers contactnumber 1-519-432-0075 ext 2625 Her name is Suzanne LeRoache. SHe was not available when I called a few minutes ago but I will call again. The government said to contact her and if still not able to resolve issue I can file a report with the Government. This is an extremely rude bunch of individuals. Their Proper leagal name is Active Capital Contingency Inc. I keep getting daily calls and messages from this company, and as mentioned by others they are very rude. The message states someone's name and a reference number. The name they leave I have no idea who it is and does not/has never lived here. I'm guessing they had been given my number in error, or the person they are looking for owned my phone number at one time before me. When I call to explain that person is not here and I dont know the person I get the rude attitude and run around and the calls/voicemails continue daily.Wondering if others are having this problem too.

I got a letter from them, and I am deciding right now if I should contacg the rcmp fraud squad. It says "use your refund to clear your accts". I don't have any accounts. Never had. They say I owe a finance coz. Many thousands of dollars, a finance co.I've never even dealt with. And if I contact them ill save 20% on my acct. Again, I do not have an account. Their address is in london ontario on dufferin ave. This is a total scam from the look of it.

Very rude. They call at all hours of the day or night, and several times per day. There's nobody at this number that they're looking for, but they won't accept that.
