company trying to intimidate staff at financial institution to give up personal and private information on clients so they can issue garnishment orders - lady is rude - mean and has called back 6 times in a row becoming very aggressive and abusive - they obviously hire unlicensed and untrained collectors on a commission basis & don't care about the law or the privacy act.

They left a message saying to call back to protect my credit rating and left a file number. Not calling back they didn't even clarify who they are.

This is a collection agency!

Called and said that they had already spoken to Gina? or Lina? about my employment & that I had to call them back. All in a very stern demanding tone. No one by either of those names works in the office at work lol. Some kind of collection scam B.S. I'm not calling them.

A woman Left a threatening message leaving no name I will be blocking their number asap. Loacation says Cambridge.

Anyone knows how to stop them? It's really annoying!! I don't owe them any money,and never has any account with the credit card bank as they said, but how can they have my information?? so upset !!

I have been trying for almost 3 years to get rid of these people. I was the victim of identity theft in 2007 - end of, discovered in January 2008.. The bank wrote off the debt but somehow they got information on it and decided to come after me. I have reported them to the government a couple of times but they keep harassing me. I have about 10-12 numbers of theirs blocked and will just keep blocking them.How are they going after a debt that old? And the bank excused me from it after I proved it was not me.. Why are they allowed to keep after me? I do not deserve to be harassed due to an identity theft. I think I'll unblock the numbers and answer with a fog horn blast.

They obviously are calling the wrong number.... Yours.... They get a number and they call it non stop I called them back and asked them do I sound like a Jackie !!!! I'm a guy do u know a lot of guys named Jackie.. I said too them if u call my number once more I'm charging you with harassment.... As its against the law what they are doing

calls with threats of every kind about a supposed outstanding debt! no one to talk to as these are robo calls that stink of scam!! Block the number, they just use another.
