PRA Fishing scam, they wanted me to provide them with personal information, Full-name, D.O.B., etc... I called them out on being scammers and they hanged up.

Calls all the time. Collection agent (whoever had my cell number before me I guess)

Called me using an auto-dialer with a robo voice looking for a "Lyle Smith", my name certainly is NOT Lyle Smith. What, do these jerkasses call every Smith in the book?I'm pretty sure this is illegal. They didn't identify themselves on the caller ID either.

I keep getting phone calls from this number as well. They ask for a Kevin with my last name. I do not live in London, Ontario. They just chose a name they thought the K would stand for. I just called the phone number back and said to stop calling my number or I will be calling the police. He asked for my number. I said they obviously have call display. I said stop calling other cities. He hung up on me. How is this legal?
