Since the phone company sells the lists or phone numbers, they should step up, and use the technology to stop ALL scamspam in its tracks before customers are taken advantage of by disrupting their service. They can see where thousands of calls go out which is a tell tale sign. They know, and that’s already, BOTTOMLINE!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
