Received a call from this number on my Google Voice number. They left a truncated voice mail. I called the number back but there is no identifying information in their message that identifies what company this is. Blocking.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
