called 3 times in past 5 minutes. left messages about collections. called back answered as roadside assistance

Called my cell phone two days in a row and left no message. I didn't answer the phone because I didn't recognize the number. Called it later from a different #. It was towing company/Road Side Assistance. Bizarre!

Received a couple of calls from this number. I did not answer because I did not recognize the number. When I called back it is a Roadside Assistance answering machine, saying basically to call to 1800- toll free number that appeared ont he back of my membership card ???? spooky

Hey, I just got one too, I didn't recognize it on my cell so I didn't answer, but found this when I did reverse lookup.

Ew they just called me again.

I have received approx 8 calls in the past hour. Only answered one, and it gave me a local 503 # to call. Miguel picked up, found a tow-pick/up for a 2008 Dodge Ram. Told him I do not know anyone with that model vehicle and he put me on hold. Was on my cell, so hung up after 2 minutes. Have received 3-5 calls since then... annoying.

I did request a tow, and he came, and my car's in the shop now. Whatever this number's trying to do, I got along fine without it. They've called three times. The first time I missed the call. The second time I picked up and said hello, and it hung up on me. The third call (coming in twenty minutes after the tow guy left) sent me here. I wish they could just leave a message.

As stated, it is USAA Roadside's assistance. After someone calls to request service (as I just did), they call back to provide an ETA of the tow truck. USAA if a very reputable insurance company. I've actually just received 2 calls but keep losing connection.. or their machine is hanging up on me.

Received an 11:13 PM good night call last night from USAA (or whoever) and again at 11:15. Didn't answer either because I don't know anyone (anymore) in Tucson, AZ. Whoever they are, they were kind enough to call me again for my 6:56 AM wakeup, my 6:57 AM wakeup, and my 6:58 AM wakeup. I didn't know my telephone had a snooze button. Didn't answer any of them, but who knows, if I had, we might have become fast friends. I think USAA needs to spend a little more money to find an answering service that knows how to use the telephone. And USAA isn't all that reputable -- or at least they've gone way downhill in the 45 years I've known them. But then, so have alot of things, including me (grumble, grumble, grumble). Really like this website!
