The man(with accent) said he was with Microsoft and there was something bad going to happen to my computer. He wanted me to get on my computer and he would show me how to fix the problem.He was very angry when I refused. He said he would call back.
They called this morning and hung up. They called again this afternoon and told me there was a problem with some apps that were being discontinued and wanted me to get on my computer. Told them no and he hung up
Called about noon MST. Said there was a problem with my computer, there wasn't. This is a scam, when I told him that, he denied it, said he was just trying to help. Then he told me that the call was being recorded. I answered "Really?" Then I began to sing "Happy Birthday to you". When I finished I asked him I should try out for "American Idol". For some strange reason he hung up on me.
Rcv'd call yesterday and today. Yesterday was unable to hear anything, today and foreign lady was on the other end. Stated that 'sending emails from my laptop computer is allowing thousands of downloads to happen and my computer is a risk for virus/crashing." Asked if I was in front of my "laptop computer" with a paper and pencil to which I loudly exclaimed "MY ANSWER IS NO, YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET MY COMPUTER INFO TO HACK IT YOU P.O.S."
Getting sick of this phone # popping up and can't call back to find out who it is!! Stop calling me!!

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
