I received a call from this number and they left no message.

This is a real bank it is no fraud it is a bank for military families if you do not bank with them then Im sure they got the wrong number. I bank with NFCU and they are a awsome bank nothing about them is fraud.

Except that the phone number and the girl on the other end are not known to anyone at Navy Federal Credit Union. (They had me on the line when they called her and she could not convince the NFCU Personnel that she was an employee. To be sure you are talking to the actual Navy Federal Credit Union ONLY CALL THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

Actually did verify it is actually from Navy federal Credit Union, its their collections department. There is a problem with my account that I've worked out.So it was valid.

Today 11/20/09 at 5:05pm Navy Fed Fin Gr 540-722-1699 called asking for my bank access # of course I didn't give it to them so I asked her what was the problem and they say it was a collections dept. So I told her we don't have no dues and she still asked for the access # and I hanged up. I called my bank and everything is ok. The bank called them and they say they were someone else not a bank. So Eveyone out there be careful and call your own bank. Now the bank is going to track them and report them for fraud.
