Call hang up when you call back you are placed on hold with a auto message saying “hold for next available staff member” When someone finally picked up they wanted my phone number and name in order to see what the call was regarding. When I told him I wasn’t comfortable with it knowing who they were they were pleasant and said they were conversion outsourcing. I did provide him with the phone number they said that it must’ve been a miss dial.
