I just got a call moments ago-I didn't pick up, but called back (setting my number to private), The woman who replied said "Thank you for calling consumer connections", then I hung up. I googled the name consumer connections, and it is supposed to be a marketing research company based in Florida. I will probably get another call in a few minutes from them but with a different number, Now my phone is set to no ringtone for unsaved and unknown numbers. What a waste of my time and minutes!
On my previous post, the caller should be UNKNOWN. and I am the person who was called-I should have been harrassed yet again. my apologies if someone got confused...

They are claiming to be a police service and wanted me to click a link to get a survey - this is clearly a scam.
I've been getting multiple calls a day from this number, and the phone has never rung long enough to go to my voicemail, so I'll NEVER answer it. What's interesting is that the number is registered in the small town I was born in 70 years ago!
