I got a call from this number today, when I answered they hung up. I called it back! The spanish accented woman who answered asked if i was preparing to or already enrolled in college. MY response to her was ... Is it any of your companies [***] business what I do in my life?? TAKE MY NUMBER OUT OF YOUR DATABASE! With that she apologized profusely and said she would remove it. I am expecting another call from then later this afternoon. Rarely do they do what they say but it's helping with my anger management! LOL!

They are claiming to be a police service and wanted me to click a link to get a survey - this is clearly a scam.
I've been getting multiple calls a day from this number, and the phone has never rung long enough to go to my voicemail, so I'll NEVER answer it. What's interesting is that the number is registered in the small town I was born in 70 years ago!
