I like the idea of flooding this clown with magazine subscriptions that will bill him later. The more the merrier. Show this jerk how much we appreciate his efforts.
These are the details for this number:These harrassing calls need to be stopped... and here's your contact... have it everyone!!Jose Gallardo PERIWINKLE PLWEST PALM BEACH, FL 33414 561-784-9844
(561)784-9844 calls my number. They said that I was about to go out of warranty for my car unless I talk to them. Told them the only car I have that does not still have the factory warranty which still has seven years on it, is a 17 year old van that has no value. A warranty on this car for six months would cost more than the car is worth. They hung up. I tried to call the number back to be removed from their list and I get a message saying that number has been disconnected.I just did a reverse search on the phone number and found.Jose A Gallardo1356 Periwinkle PlWellington, FL 33414(561)784-9844I am on the no call list how are they able to call me, I sure would like to have some of that $5000 fine for the wasted time that people like him cause.
From what I can find they are identity thieves working through a computer dialer and they aren't in the US so don't answer to Do Not Call registry.
this number showed up on my caller id. They were asking about car insurance. They never say who they are or the company name. I am on the national do not call list.
A woman calling from 561-784-9844 said my warranty was about to expire unless I renewed immediately. Then a man's voice asked me the "make and model of my car or truck," I asked who he was and which companyhe was representing and he hung up. I think it's best to report these people to the FCC.
Next time just ask for Jose Gallardo and remind him you have no car, are one the don't call list, and you will report him to the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County Florida @ (561) 712-6600. They'll remove you and hopefully let their circle kwow how much of an "unqualified contact" you are!
This is part of a collection agency scam using numbers originating in Florida. Florida seems to be a scammer friendly state. DNC list only keep legitimate businesses from calling you. I emailed the FL attorney general (ag.mccollum@myfloridalegal.com) and all I got was a dumb response. They completely ignored the complaint and pointed me to DNC lists. People should start sending annoying email to his office until FL starts doing something about scammers using FL as a safe haven.I don't know why FL uses .com instead of an official name like xxx.state.xx.us like other states. I guess it is part of the crooked scammer friendly mentality. It took me days to figure out it was right. The scammers want you to answer so they can claim you owe money and they demand payment. COllection agency don't have to respect DNC lists (even if the are "honest") because they are not selling anything. This is same format as the credit card scam message also from Florida: - starts at a point where you appear to have missed the name of the company at the start. You did not and it is done by design. - says this is your last chance to get something 'you need' - press a number to talk to someoneIf you pay close attention to the voice, you notice the credit message and the warranty message have the same voice.
