I have seen that number numerous times on my cell phone here in Republic of Panama, but always as a missed call, BUT it could be forwarded from my Skype-In number in Pennsylvania

recibo llamadas en mi celular de este numero, estoy en Panamá y no se quien es..es repetitivo y son llamadas perdidas...me pueden decir q que se debe esto o de quien es este telefono...

Yo recibi un par de llamados de este numero tambien en mi celular. Mi celular es de Estados Unidos pero ahora estoy en Panama y aqui los recibi.

i too keep receiving calls from +5719099500 - or unknown number - at various times, could be 2 in the morning but the latest call was last night 8.42 pm - i never answer if i do not know the caller and they never leave a message. Pain in the [***]. I am here in Panama and my phone company is Movistar. I use pay as you go so no contract.I wish i could block the number.

+5719099500 is a number that Skype uses to call phones based in Panama, i.e. if you receive a call from that number it means that a Skype user is calling you, it might be someone you know, most likely calling from outside Panama (taking advantage of cheaper Skype international rates)

I received calls from this number 3 times, but when I tried to answer the line went dead

yo tambien soy de panama , mi telefono es movistar, son las 11:31 de la noche y recibi una llamada de ese numero ...respondi y no dijeron nada solo se quedaron escuchando y luego cerre...Que pereza hagan algo mas productivo!
