Says they are from a medical billing office. They knew my name, had an old address, and knew dates of doctors appointments over a months time. Tried to call back but get same music described below. Not sure if they are legit, will keep trying to find out. Says I owe $800 in unpaid medical bills but the bills for the dates they gave didn't even total that much and the insurance shows it paid the claims.
