I had the same experience that everyone else did that I had a service for $299 and if I wanted a refund I needed to fill out a form for them so I can get a refund or they were going charge my account again we report them to the police for fraud? They should go to jail

Received a call that said 21476 and either I pay or it would be deducted from my account. This sounded very much like a scam.

Was called and informed that would be CHARGED AT MY ACCOUNT if didn't "pay up due" !! I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTRACT with the company ! Called them back twice to get info and was hung up on both times. Once male and once female. Indian ( Hindi) accents both times. Hard to understand. Both gave me different names they were supposedly trying to get in touch with. SCAM

Same as everyone else. I missed the first part of the message so I called back and got the same answer as everyone else-- I've supposedly subscribed to a tech service for $200 (or $299) and should contact them if I want a refund.

Robo call left a message saying I have a subscription and will be charged if I don’t call back to get my refund. I don’t have any subscriptions so I won’t be calling theses scammers!

I Tech Solutions said I subscribed to a service. Kept telling them I didn't. They kept saying I did. Asked who subscribed. They gave 2 different name. I said they weren't me. He apologized & hung up.

Left a message that I should call back if I didn't want to continue my subscription. If I don't call back I will be charged next day. I called them back and they said I subscribed to a computer service on Sept. 5, 2017 for $299. I can cancel if I wished. Told them I did not remember ever subscribing and that I wanted to cancel. Then they told me I was eligible for a refund of $249. I told them to cancel the subscription and mail me a check for $249. Then I hung up. I am sure no check will ever arrive.

They left a half a message saying my account will be automatically debited tomorrow as per our contract. I don't have any outstanding contracts.
