If they are from a legit foundation, why no caller ID ? All I see is Alberta ... which can be spoofed from anywhere !
Which would be illegal if they do make calls in the future.Telling them to "take me off your call list" means when they abandon that call list, and get a new call list, your number might be on the new call list, but they will have no record to take you off that new call list.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.
