calling re very old dept they can not collect on just ignore

Keep calling me about some debt that is 19 years old from a family member that is dead...I keep telling them it's not me then they want my SIN number and banking information...I blocked them but they uust call from another number...I now have 4 of there umber blocked...I have call the local authorities and they have talked to them but they keep harassing the wrong person...give it up as Sholes you can't get money from a dead person

They are calling me about a credit card debt from my late husband's ex-wife. My husband passed twenty-five years ago! Been in touch with his ex (we're good friends) who told me that said all debts were paid during their divorce settlement almost forty years ago! Is there not a statute on this sort of thing?
