I got one too. No message left, called back and it said "the number you have dialed is not assigned" Must be a telemarketer
Got a call from the same number just a few minutes ago, when and where my number became available to this crap is beyond me.
called with a recorded message claiming to have an free offer for me since I was a "Preferred Westjet customer" I expect it is a phishing call looking to get personal info or credit card numbers.
