he said he was from widows technical support and then hung up

I got the same phone call from windows technical support. The person skeaking to me was telling me that hackers were using my internet line and he wanted me to go on my computer so we could change parameters. So I would stop getting hackers. I told this person to get a better phone line (because it seemed like he was 10 000 miles away). So I finally hanged up. I aint getting any problems with my computer so didn't want to do business with this person.

Just got a call from this number did not answer it

Just got the call and no answer at the other end, the person that answered the phone was speaking french.

Just got a call from number kept him on phone long enough so he thought he was doing great then told hi the message on my screen said. Go to hell you lowlife scumbag he got very irate as i laughed at him he stayed on the phone calling me nasty stuff saying he incoming to kill me. I just kept laughing so he would get even madder

I just had a call from 599-999-9999. Very tired for too many calls of that kind. He was speaking in English. Noise behind, like people talking. I hang up.

We have been warned a number of times on the radio,that Microsoft never ever makes these calls.They are scoundrels,looking for a way to get to your money!Keep them on the phone as long as you can(let them pay for the long distance call?)but NEVER FALL FOR ANYTHING THEY WANT YOU TO DO!

just got a call from this number. saw it on call display. I answered, RCMP dispatch, and they hung up. not the first time I got a call from this number.

J'ai reçu un appel d'un numéro bizarre: 1-599-999-9999. La personne parlait anglais et m'a demandé si je parlais anglais mais elle m'a appellé "mame" au lieu de "Miss ou Madame: . Il m'a semblé reconnaître un accent africain et je me suis rappelée que certains africains nomment les dames "Mame". (Remarquez , je ne suis pas raciste mais j'ai l'oreille fine) J'ai fermé l'appareil en disant que je ne parlais pas assez bien l'anglais . J'ai bloqué le numéro en question.
