Keep receiving a call to my cell from 601-576-2501, try to return and it is always busy. Shows as a state of MS number. WTF

called my home phone twice today as State of Mississippi 2:46 & 5:21 pm., but the address shows up as Woolfolk Street, busy signal when you try to call them back. I do not know who these people are.

Called work number. Left no message. Did anyone find exactly which State of Ms office it came from? Can't return call. Busy signal.

This number is a dummy number from the Mississippi government. The building from which this number is being called is the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration. Other departments are located within this building, so any one of them could have called. There is NO Woolfolk St. in Jackson. However, the building in which these departments are located is the Woolfolk Building on 501 North West Street in Jackson.

I wouldn't answer because I didn't recognize it. Afer reading the comments, it may be from a phone service that confirms appointments for doctors or other medical appointments. That is the only thing I can think of that would call me from Jackson Mississippi. Possibly University of Mississippi Medical Center. Not sure but will try to answer and comment.

This number is a call to schedule an appointment with another office in the University of Ms Medical Center. I took the call and it is to set up appointment. Hope this helps.

Why would they call you and when you say hello, nothing for a few seconds and then they hang up on you!?! Makes no sense. I know people that work for the MS State Gov. but they wouldn't hang up on me, it's my friend who would have talked and she said it wasn't her anyway.Also, I don't have any appts. or need to make any appts so not sure! But still, why hell don't they at least say wrong # sorry, why just hang up. I called back to see and you all are right, it tells you this line is busy.... I work for a phone company, they can have a # programmed where you only always hear that this line is busy so it's bs!Thanks.

It is in fact a calling service for physician appointment reminder's for University Hosiptal and University Physicians - The phone number is a "call out" only service :( - it does not accept in coming calls
