Winnipegger is definately correct, or it's at least some telemarketer.They persistently call twice a day and never leave a message...lucky my phone is always silent so i'll let them keep wasting their time trying to get a hold of me.
have called around 6:30pm several nights running. Don't leave message. Caller ID says "Manitoba" only. Gonna let him have it tomorrow.
In winnipeg,I get calls from then constantly ever since i asked to be put on a do not call list of a known phone scammer.
