It means you have won one million dollars and to press one to receive your prize. But, it;s a scam. Just hang up.
i just got a call from this number, didn't pick up. called back and it said the number and or area code were out of service. so irritating.

Saying postal redelivery unit when called. What?
I didn't accept the call and they did not leave any voice message
I answered this one out of curiosity as I usually don't answer calls from numbers I don't know. Another annoying robocall. This time claiming to be calling from Medicare.
Would give it zero stars if I could.
Because I didn't know who the caller was, I sent it to voicemail. The caller did not leave a message and hung up. I assumed it was another robo call and when I checked this site my assumption was confirmed.
