This is a spam call. It's recording speaking entirely in Spanish. After she finishes the couple of statements the call ends.
Phone rang, I answered, said hello twice, no one answered. I Hung up. It was no company, just the number showed up!!
also got a call and they wanted my debit card number.. lucky for them i speak spanish and told them to kill themselves and they hung up
Just got a call they left a message in Spanish I tried to call back busy signal .........
I just signed up for job alert and got 3 calls within 5 minutes from crap like this-not what I need.
Received the call just now on Valentines Day of course. I never answer my cell phone when i am at home. Checked here first thing to see if I needed to try calling back. Obviously, I don't. Happy Valentine's day to all the rest of you who also got hit and are also on the do not call list.

Got the same thing DM1 reported. So, I just blocked the number and reported it to my phone carrier.
