I see people saying this is a good company etc. But the issue is the deceit. They hand you a paper but that paper has NO company name on it. Just says Homeowner Water Test. So, you can't even look them up. Does anyone know what company this actually is? Says Member of the Water Quality Association, and has Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce, and Arizona Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and BBB A+ Rating. But they don't want to give their business name? That is so beyond wrong. If you are such a great company. Give your business name. Tell people who you really are! Don't walk up to a door at 6pm and stick a vial in someone's face and say we need a water sample we are from the City of Buckeye when you are not. That is wrong.

I was scammed, like the rest. Thought it was a state agency, gave water, now I am getting calls. They are really good a fooling ya. Ask questions when someone comes up to your door, no matter what. Best thing to do is not answer the door to anyone you do not know!! Usually I am pretty wise when it comes to this stuff but I was scammed this time!!!! The words they use make you think they are from a state agency but after you give them your info and water sample, the rep will hand you a form that says it was a sales pitch. The company uses "Arizona" in the Company name to fool people.

I complained to the BBB about this company.

I saw this am sad all of you are still drinking hard water and p_ off about it.I've had this system since 1992 and never even a service call, not bad A.I see 20/20 and bottle water stinks, they are dumpng chemicals into the sewer systems and then send back to us. My shower is spotless now, and no ring in my toilet. My ice is clear, is yours??NASA uses this same one and I can have that kind of quality, WOW!!I had a great person come in my home and never pressured and being a contractor I sawhow this would benifit me. I watch my customers put security systems in ever day to protectthere valuables and isn't my family worth more with cancer showing up everyday.You had an oppinion and so do I, lol

Who ever wrote this needs to figure out how to fill up some free time maybe get the house an smell the roses look at the blue sky. Then u won't have to worry about this site n let it bother u so much . It's not like u actually know about the. Company or have their product

They have been calling me several times a day for more than a month. I finally answered. The man wanted to discuss my water sample. I asked how he got the sample. He said some one was out "yesterday". Really? Yesterday? Yes, he said. I told him that was impossible because if someone came to my yard the 4 dogs (2 being pit bulls) would have had something to say about the intrusion. He said they didnt go in the yard, they rang the door. Again, impossible I told him. I was home all day yesterday as was my husband and 2 grown children. The man stammered and went on about how it was indeed yesterday and he got a sample, etc etc. I informed him that I researched the number he was calling from and I knew what he was doing was trying to sell crap and the whole thing was a scam. He insisted it wasn't. I told him to remove my number from his scam list. He kept trying to argue with me and talked in circles and said he doesnt want to argue with me. I told him to hang up the phone then if he didnt want to argue with me, because I wasnt going to hang up and he wasnt going to win. After close to ten minutes, he finally hung up with his feathers all in a ruffle.
