Unknown caller & unknown reason but again just another call and hang up without leaving a message. Maybe next time you can specify just which department?????

This was an automated call from the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS), Arizona's Medicaid agency, to notify of their open enrollment period.

If this caller has anything important for me to know, they should plan on leaving me a message Otherwise, they will NEVER be able to communicate with me. Unlike the current generation of cell phone addicts, I am seldom near my phone , and rarely answer numbers I don't recognize.

I agree completely...no message...no reply...when we pay by the minute on a cell phone...they should have to reimburse us

They left an automated message giving the phone numbers of several health care providers. They did not say WHY they were leaving them. I assume because I am on AHCCCS that they are telling me what companies I could call to re-enroll, as I have been enrolled for the last year. But this is a hell of a way to tell you that when you have an established account already with a company. Sooo...not calling any of the numbers, it's just pathetic if this is legit on how very STUPID people are out there. They seriously don't expect anyone to follow up on a call when they didn't even state the purpose of a call. And if your plan is going to expire, WTF would they put your name on some automated call like this instead of contacting you by mail, email, or an ACTUAL REAL phone call. Unacceptable, completely patheting.This is our health care system in action. This is the one that FINES YOU 600-700 if you don't have it, if you don't have the money to BUY a plan or get a job they how the blankety-blank do they expect you to pay a fine if you don't have it.

Just got an automated call regarding my Health Care Plan. It did not state the reason for the call. Only, to tell me that I need to call the 866#. I received the call after 7pm which is considered after hours. I called back and spoke to a nurse who seemed confused that I had just received the message. Googled the number they called from and it sent me to this page. It looks as if this is some type of scam. My phone gets a bunch of scam calls. I must be on some kind of list. However, I am freaking out that my insurance is terminated or something serious. Thanks for stressing me out all night until I can call back during regular hours tomorrow!!! WTF?!
