They call me 3 or 4 times a day. If I don't recognize a number, I don't answer it. I doubt it's gonna be Michael Anthony with a cashier's check for one million dollars.
When I called back I gave them the number they called and my first name. They said they couldn't help me unless I gave them my full name. I told them that they called me and they should know who they called. They refused to help until I verified my full name so I ended the call.
Has called me daily and says "This is Bob Jones, please call me back." Nice and shady way of making it seem as I know you. Very frustrating as I've had dual insurance for years now. If I'm in medical collections it's wrong but these companies are such jack holes I dont want to call him back.
