a number of unknown numbers have been repeatedly been calling leaving no message, seems like once i block one number a different one starts calling me with a slight vary in the phone numbers. VERY annoying!
First, I don't answer calls from #'s I don't know, I reply to messages if one is left. I get calls from this number 602- 483-1889, also 602-483-1886 & (602)483-1887 frequently, when I ignore (????) the call they call again immediately after that. They try 2, or 3 times before giving up. I am blocking all calls from these numbers.
One of those recordings that tries to make you think that it's a real person... "Hello? Are you there? Do we have a bad connection?" it is even programmed to laugh and say uh huh, when it thinks that you have done so.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.

Evidently gets next if kin names from obituaries and calls them all, over and over. Will not say what they are calling about until you give birthdate and ssn of the deceased.
