This person called me repeatedly over the course of several months at odd times, so I never managed to answer the phone. Finally, they left me a 40 second voicemail of them deep breathing. Super creepy. I blocked them. Hopefully they're not a stalker or something.

Thank you for calling ERS, this call may be monitored, please enter the extension of the person you are trying to call."The person who called, didn't leave an extension so I hung up.
I got a call from a social engineer at this number. Refused to tell me why or on behalf of whom he was calling until I "verified" personal information.Beware.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
