This is Blue Cross of AZ. I had submitted an apt. but did not answer them because they would like my life history.
Az bluecross blue shield ... supposidly following up after my child's hospital stay .... asked if I needed anything when I asked about the financial stuff she said I would have to call customer service ... then proceeded to ask what was going on with her .... not cool things are rough enough I have no idea why they would have someone call just to pry

I called Frontiers official phone number 1-800-921-8105, the agent I spoke to gave me this scammer number, they pretend to be frontier and offer a rebate and ask you to provide your bank account info to “send” the rebate. I hung up
