This is really starting to anger me! This number has been calling my cell phone since November or so of last year. I got lucky enough to talk to one of the representitives and they said they were looking for a man. I'm a woman and told them that and he said they'd stop calling me and leave me alone. BS! I just got another call a few seconds ago. I don't owe on my college loans for another three years so it can't be that. I don't even have a credit card, the only card I have is debit. Everything I've purchased so far has been paid off and I don't owe anyone anything at the current moment. I'm honestly getting sick of these bogus calls!

Something or someone has got to stop this company and very, very rude people from calling. They call my cell number - won't leave a message, they call my office (I happen to work for a law firm). I don't owe anyone or any company. Perhaps, they are looking for my ex-husband who ran up a terrific amount of debt and they are trying NOW to harrass me. Anyone got any ideas??????? They called my job and my cell.I don't know who they are, but they better stop calling me.I don't take these calls and I don't take them from work.If they think I owe money, they put it in writing.

This company has called me multiple times within an hour. I was driving at the time and could not answer. The voicemails that I recieved were just ringing like I was calling someone. I do not owe any money. What is this company's damage?!

Same scenario for me. First tried to straighten it out with Penny's credit department. Never had a card with them. Then I called the 603-890-1644 number from the bio. Thanks for that. Explained that I had the same name as the person they were looking for. Was asked if last four digits of my SS was what they had. Told them no. Put on hold, came back, asked if it was my address, said no. Put on hold. Transfered and then spoke to a Sara and was asked if it was my birthdate. Said no. Nice, nice and apologies. Asked for her direct line if I had a futher problem, got her extention number. Fingers are crossed.

Sent them a certified letter on top of the website written notices that I gave them for "cease of communications". They still continue to illegally call even after signing for the letter 3 days ago! I keep reporting them to the FTC for each illegal call. I can only hope that they will eventually get fined 10 times or more the amount they are trying to collect from someone!

UPDATE: No phone calls, all is quiet.
