CBV Collection Services at 4664 Lougheed Highway in Burnaby BCThey stopped calling me when I told the collection's representative to "either sue me or fcuk-off."At that point, they either have to sue me, or stop all contact with me, unless it is to take me to court.Should they attempt to make any form of contact with me, they will be in Contempt of Court.Telling a debt collector take you to court is a drastic solution, but it certainly stops the telephone calls, and nasty letters!I have now been waiting since March of 2015 for the Summons, and it still hasn't arrived.I can't telephone them to ask them where the Summons is, because then I would be in Contempt of Court, and I certainly don't want that now do I???

It's a collection company trying to track down whoever had my number almost 3 years ago.

I gave them the local police dept. Number and the address for nearest paper recycling plant. Problem solved. Absolutely no more calls!

If you change your number they'll just find it anyway. Just block it. Personally, I can block as many numbers as they throw at me.

I got a call today at home from 604-296-3239! I do not know who is that and why they are calling.

this f***ing company is the worst- i hate them so much. ive changed my cell number a few times as i moved from the mainland to the island and back again and every single time these IDIOTS call me within a day and then continue to on a regular basis. blocking the number usually works for about a week until they start calling again from another number. i dont know who they are trying to contact but i do not have any debts so its clearly not me, and even if it was id never admit that to them. HOW does this company exist??? how do they make any money??? who in hells name would actually take these idiots seriously??? i honestly have no idea how they actually manage to collect any debts. i hope they go bankrupt and then get the next "debt collector" company that pops up calling them 200 times a day. f*** CBV.

This number called me twice today. I picked up the second time. And the guy with an accent said he is from Koodo or something.. asked me to verify my date of birth. I said I didn't want to. He said I can verify my address and postal code instead. I told him that's too personal, I'm not comfortable telling him that information. He was like well we need you to verify it so we can disclose our information with you blah blah blah. I said I don't really care about the information you want to disclose with me. So he said he would put me in the "fail to verify" files. I said yup that's ok and have a nice day. That's it. Hopefully they don't call me anymore.

I get calls from this number periodically. No voice mail message so it's clearly an encyclopedia saleswoman or some other pest. Recommend it be put on your reject list.

Had this number call me the other day saying it was due to a Telus account. Asked me to verify my birthday. Funny thing is that he used my maiden name. I haven't had that name for over 10 years now. Another thing, I have never delt with Telus. I have always been with Fido or Bell. He wouldn't even talk to me. He told me to check my credit report. Funny thing again, I have a monthly credit report that I get and pay through my bank for my credit protection. There's nothing on it. I told the man I will never give out personal information on the phone to someone I don't know. He got upset and hung up. I don't know what's up but I don't have anything in collection. To me this was a scam.
