They have called me several times. It’s a scam. You can’t call them back, it goes straight to voicemail and it’s always “Alex, on behalf of Ernest Nelson” The person that calls always calls themself Alex but sometimes it’s a female voice and other times Alex is a male voice. Total scam

Phone number calls multiple times a day, once someone from my office picks up, it is dead silence on the other line. When you try to call back, it is a number that is not in service.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
