Never will a credit card co/store ask for your credit card number! My card has been paid off & has a $0 balance so the opening statement from a foreign/African sounding lady that Target wants to make a payment plan for me is hilarious. Then when she asked for my card #, I let loose w/ a stream of expletives & hung up on this PoS. Called Target & they said that this phone numbers is NOT affiliated w/ them. If this # calls you; hang up.
