I began receiving calls this morning at 0412 hours. I received 5 more calls until 0448 hours. I hung up on the call twice, then I let the answering machine pick up (electronic beeps were recorded) twice, and I answered the phone (no response) twice.
they called and left a message (i didn't recognize the number and let it go to call answer) - followup call about a research survey from Carleton University.
Yes this number constantly calls pain in the butt. It's Carleton University survey team, I think ! Not sure if its out of OTTAWA though.
It is the Carleton University number, but it is not them calling. It is Caller ID spoofing. I have received calls at all time of the day and their are men talking in the background, once I say hello, they hang up. I call Carleton back (who I thought was behind this) and they do not have any recollection or knowledge of me being called. I can not block the number sonce I am a student there, but I know for sure it is not them calling me when it is outside of 0800 and 1630 hours.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
