I missed one payment a couple of weeks ago. I got 4 calls on 8-4 starting at 8:23 am. Phone numbers 614-212-7563; 913-5635525; 303-255-5350;614-729-6037, 913-563-5503.collector wanted me to make a payment over the phone that day.
I called Express to confirm it received my online payment and the phone rep said it had. I told her I was getting collection calls and she said I was a few days past due so it goes on auto-call to the collection agency. She said she removed the "past due" flag on my account. this call comes in unknown name starting at 8:00 a.m. and call all day long. i do not answer unknown name calls and i want it to stop.
Recently I've been getting constant calls all day long from WFNNB starting around 8:30 a.m. I had no clue as to who or what company they were, as I don't bother to answer calls that come in Unknown, Private, Toll Free or generally anyone that I don't know clearly who they are. I figured that they were probably some telemarketer. I finally looked up the number (614-212-7563) on the internet and found that they are suppose to be some kind of debt collector out of Ohio. I know that there is absolutely no reason for any debt collector to be calling at all and I really wish that they would stop the harassing constant calling.
You can call your state Prosecution's office to report, as well as sign up online for www.do not call.gov. This is good for up to 3 phone #'s in a household. Hope this helps. :)
Calls and asks for me by name and then hangs up. This has repeated for 5 different calls at ALL hours of the day.
I get these calls all day long at various times up until 9:00 pm every day of the week. I do not have any credit cards with this company but they still keep calling...AGH
This people called this morning, said that I owed money to a "Avenues Store". I asked: "which department?" and they wouldn't answer, but they did ask me if I have a checking account number to make a payment. According to them, I owe 5 payments sine July, which is all a lie. Be careful, sounds like a scam and identity theft.

Comes up in my phone as a medical clinic, but when I called them they're some business that supposedly works with Medicare? I'm too young for medicare. Scam call.

Said they were from Bank of America calling me about a fraud alert on my account. When I told them I do not have an account with B o A - they hung up on me. Ironic!
They said it's a business call from northern light. Not real and clearly spam. Northern light must have its phone numbers data leaked.
