Just received a recorded call from RCS. When I called back I found out that they are a legitimate debt collection agency calling about a disputed medical bill that my insurance company has on hold. I spoke to Christa and she was very pleasant and willing to work with me.

I have been getting calls from RCS stating that they represent the Ohio State Attorney's Office, for about 1 year and 10 months, thats when I inherited this phone number, this has happened about 6 times each time I tell them that the individual they want does not live here nor do I know who they are. The agent I talked to said he would take the number off the list and I said you people have told me that every time I talk to you, I just told him if I get another harassing phone call from his office I would get a Lawyer and persue it in court.

I got a call at work on August 05, 2013 after 5:00pm from the RCS Ohio's Attorneys Generals Office the phone number was 866-738-3182 ex 131 account 1313145. I don't know what this is about, I was going to return the phone call this morning August 06, 2013. But I went on line to see what company this was and found your site. If you have delinquent or defaulted student loans, this is a call you should at least hear out, they were very helpful in my situation.

This is a legitimate business. I advise you to return the call if you receive one. They had account and personal info already on file (so they weren't trying to obtain it illegally for any malicious intent) and they called about a legitimate debt. One that was already recently paid off....but real none the less.

Received a call from a Mr. Hay that said he was from RCS representing the state of Ohio Attorney Generals office...said that it was very important to call him back and gave me a claim number....this is a debt collector from what I have been reading but the problem is I don't have any debt owed to the state of Ohio....Im very unsure if I should call them back...I think Ill try contacting the state first...

I received a call from a Mr. James Dunkin from RCS (614) 452-6064. I am behind a bit on some state taxes and apparently it has shifted into collections. RCS is legit but Mr. Dunkin was rude, also calling my elderly parents and wife demanding that he speak with me. Basically after I called him back he was not able to work with me at all on the balance due. After several years of working off my debit I now am faced with Bankruptcy. My fault I realize but Mr. Dunkin was the last straw.

Barely audible message left by a woman with a bad head cold saying she was from 'Reliant Capital' looking to speak with 'Regina (inaudible) asking her to return call. Nothing I can do to stop these calls so I'll wait until they/she calls again to directly engage the caller--probably a wrong #.
