Received a message from a "Mr napper" from the law office of Daniel Slane. Called and "Mr Napper" confirmed my social and place of employment. He then stated that I am out of compliance with a dept that needed to be paid. Asked him from home, and he replied it was online. I again asked "with whom?" and he responded "bank of america". I corrected him by informing him that Bank of America is a conduit for me to receive the funds but who are the funds coming from ? Again he replied bank of America and then someone named Ian Rapport. Informed him that I dont know an Ian Rapport. He said the loan was done online through loans.com. I told him, absolutely not. Never been to the website. I then told him that "I will begin recording the phone call as it violates code 202 of state code of ethics regulation and as a state law office you do know what code 202 is correct?" Mr Napper, became Irrarte, said I couldnt record without permission. I reminded him that He stated that the call was being recorded on his end and that by informing of the recording, I was in the clear. He hung up! This place is a scam. I owe no loans and if you have done anything online, just no places like these have your info.

These people called me today demanding money and said I would go to jail if I didn't pay it within this week. What do I do? Also anyone who has not responded has anything happened?

DANIEL SLANE OFFICE IS CALLING ME AT HOME AND NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME AT WORK STATING THT I NEED TO GET BACK WITH THEM IN 2 HOURS OR THEY WILL WALK SOME PAPERS UPSTAIRS TO GO FURTHER WITH MY CASE. THE PEOPLE WHO IS CALLING ME IS SOMEONE NAME DIANA AND OFFICE RODRIGUEZ LEFT ABOUT 5 MESSAGES ON MY WORK PHONE . THEY HAVE BEEN HARRASSING ME FOR ABOUT 3 MONTHS NOW.

My husband & I have received several calls from this Law Office they refuse when leaving the message to tell you what it is they are investigating and try & scare you w/there lame scare tactics. I think it's ridiculous & when I did call the guy back that left 1 of the messages out of the 5 he was extremely rude and disrespectful! Which, was fine cuz I have absolutly NO problem dealing w/these kind of people!! Once I jumped back at him and told him to stand in line that he is not the only person owed money and that he was at the bottom of the list he seemed to back down. Their bark is definitly bigger than their bite!! They have NO BITE!!!

The place is very unprofessional. I worked there and they promoted the use of scare tactics and deception. The manager Jordan brought a car salesman to the (hole in the wall) office to show us the reward for the ticket rally at the end of the month. It was a 20,000 car. I have evidence of this and much more. Nobody ever got the car.Also do not list your real name. I know the manager reads these and who knows what they are capable of doing.
