This is definitely not a scam! I submitted some feedback at the Old Navy site regarding a product and they promptly responded via phone.
gap/old navy calling to verify any recently placed orders online. It is legitimate and not a scam.
This is a legit number. I got a call and they left a message regarding the item that I returned. They are letting me know that they issued a refund for the returned item.
This is not a scam. Just placed order on gap.com and they were calling to verify that my information was correct, such as shipping address. Did not ask any other personal security questions.
This is without a single doubt a SCAM! It's not even clever if you listen to them. Do not under any circumstances give them any information!
This is NOT a scam. The voicemail concerned a Banana Republic shipment that was returned by UPS to them because it had been damaged in transit (which I already knew about because I had tracked the package on the UPS site).
This is a legit number. Placed an online order with Banana Republic/Gap. They are verifying as a new ship to address. They are confirming to avoid cc fraud.
Complete rubbish. Claimed to be Old Navy Customer Service and rattled off a legit sounding online sales transaction but it is a scam. Contacted Old Navy directly to see if this number is real and they verified that it is not. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! All the posts claiming this is real are posted by the same scammers!
