This is the first time I've gotten a call from this number. If it were a legit company, they would already have the personal information they are asking for..plus she could not tell me what company she was representing so the number went on my block list. If they're legit they can send me something in writing.

I don't have late bills and they do not leave a message on my phone. Therefore, I have to assume it is a scam/spam call. If I had a late bill, I am positive they would leave me a message and if someone tried to steal my identity, they would leave a message. It is not Comenity Capital Bank calling it is Alliance something or other.

I received several calls yesterday and one today from this number. I do not owe any money.

Scum! Message always starts with "This call is for dvhkb ncygfkjdg (mumbled name of someone) and then continues to say that I need to return this very important call as soon as possible, all this in a THICK Indian accent, hardly understandable! If this really is "Comenity Bank" where is their call center, Calcutta?? I've blocked their number but they continue to call 3 times in a row and then leave their unintelligible message just about every 4 - 5 days.

apparent debt collector -- of the most shady kind....Called my work phone! Completely ignoring the voicemail recording indicating it was a business...left message for person that clearly wouldn't have the direct number.... They have to be using automated dialing and just randomly attaching names to see who bites... I've had the same problem on my cell phone from another company looking for different people -- they sound like they're the police department calling...

SCAM!!!

Called at 8:40 am EST following a call from 1-855-306-6934. I was put on hold at previous # and hung up.I never verified who I was although she asked several times. Accent hard to understand. Started naming people who she said were on the account. Names were unrecognizable.

This # calls 10+ Times a day...even Sundays. I've told them several times that the person who they're looking for doesn't live here! We've had our home # for 3.5yrs!
