This number called and left me a voicemail claiming they were discover and to call them at a 1-800 number. I called the Discover number I already had (from the Discover website) and got them to check it. Discover told me it wasn't them who called. They also told me that if there was some type of problem, they would've sent an email as well (which I didn't get one). Also the number that called and left the voicemail was a totally different number. Glad I didn't call this number back! I am not in the mood for scammers!!!!!!

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
