They sent an official looking document to my home, using the bank security format letter (3 sides are perforated, inside document sheet it sandwiched in between two dark-printed random character sheets so that you cant use a flashlight to see through the envelope and read what is on inside document sheet). It simply noted that they were having problems getting a hold of me, listed the lender name, the lender date, and the lending amount, and also noted that it is important that i call them at this number: 615-800-7010. It is signed "The Mortgage Service Center". SCAM to make you call them, with you thinking you are calling the lender company because there is some type of problem.

They sent letter that looked important from my mortgage company. Its impersonation. Dont buy into it.
Sent an official looking letter with my bank name and mortgage loan amount saying they've been trying to reach me regarding a matter of importance that relates to my mortgage. I'm pretty sure if my mortgage wanted to get a hold me, they've several other means such as a phone call. Not to mention this letter is based out of TN and my mortgage is based out of AL. SCAM!
