Wayfair called--I answered--I did place an order yesterday. There was noise and laughing in background and I said Hello a few times- then I was disconnected. WTH man.
Definitely WayFair calling for any number of reasons. Probably because they have just what I need.
They are calling because you either accidentally filled out an application for their business program or you have a business shipping/billing address that marks your account. They're simply calling to finish your application process or offer you the business pricing on your account. Y'all are whack as hell. Don't fill out applications if you're not interested. Or you could just answer the phone and let them know you're not a business lol
They call me daily and never leave a message. I to have done business with Wayfair, but not any more
You do realize they do offer a free upgrade on any account that is purchasing for a business, it is a free program that gives you discounted pricing. The call to see if an order is for business or personal, if it is personal they said they close it as a personal account if it is for business they inform you about the free business upgrade. The program is real and the pricing is better I can attest to that after enrolling into their program.
It's wayfair, I ordered stuff yesterday and checked that i was ordering for a business and they were following up that action with a phone call
I did not receive a call from this number, but it was on an email I received from PayPal stating that a payment was sent to Wayfair for my order, and this was the customer service number for Wayfair. This is NOT a legitimate number for Wayfair. When I called Wayfair to ask about this order that was supposedly initiated by me, a very nice rep, Marissa, told me that this morning, hundreds of emails were sent to people, telling them they had an order for $61.19. This number is definitely linked to a phishing email. DO NOT CALL THEM BACK OR GIVE ANY OF YOUR INFORMATION. BLOCK IT IMMEDIATELY.
Irritating repeat telemarketing call from Wayfare. It is an attempt to upsale to a premium service. I will probably stop buying from this company.
