Jacob Joey Lozada is a creep. He stalked me in 2010 in San Diego when he lived at Trolley Court Hotel. Judge gave me a 3 year order. I have a case number from City Attorney when he sold meth. Don't remember. I thought he died from AIDS. The City Attorney s office prosecuted the case and he spent 6 months in jail and 10 year probation. So, it looks like he violated the probation. Someone told me he works and lives at Club San Diego. He has lost tons of weight. Maybe like 155 now, has dentures. Gross. Call probation. I'm calling tomorrow.
Lozada is homeless now! Busted on June 18th in front of YMCA for violent act and spent the night in SD sheriff's office. There is a warrant out of Chula Vista for him. He was running a meth lab on F street in Chula Vista. He usually spends a lot of time at Club San Diego. He lost his apartment because of the harassment case.
