Older Male came into home to "SERVE" court paperwork and just slid the paperwork under the bedroom door. Opened the door and saw an older male, probably late 40's or early 50's. Standing there and all he said was, "oh hey, I just wanted to make sure you got that." And then smiled and casually walked out the front door since someone we live with was not smart about who this person really was and just let him into the house we are living in together. He left 3 papers stapled together. First page was a 'Thirty-Day Vacate Notice' letter. The other two was a two paged court document from 2022. The top right corner of the first page says unofficial document, and it's for "Deed of Distribution" case back in 2022. Also the first page, which is the 30 day notice, the signature on the bottom, looks nothing like the signature on the second page of the court document who the deed got signed over to. Court document signature looks legit, while the 30 day notice signature looks like someone was trying too hard to make it look legit. Also this person left a business card with the 3 papers that were stapled together. The business card has Maricopa County Logo on the left side and on the top right it starts with John M. Jr. Then under the name a number (623)205-2067. Under that says Maricopa County Investigations & Service. Under all that on the bottom left says Investigator Lic. # 1553878. And to the right of that (bottom right corner) says OFFICER OF THE COURT.
