I got the call yesterday, and the guy with East Indian accent told me that my Microsoft computer had sent the information to their service, and he want me to follow his direction to fix my computer. I told him that there must be an mistake because I do not have Microsoft computer. Then the guy said he would transfer my call to Mac department. (It is all fake!) Without any switch sound, another guy just talked to me and said he is the person who take care Mac computer issue. Then I started arguing with this guy that the company say my Microsoft computer had sent information to their company's service, but how come the company have my phone number? The guy said that must be me who left the number when I bought my computer. (Definitely not true!) Therefore, I told the guy since i don't have Microsoft computer, so the information that you said my Microsoft computer had sent must be a mistake. And the guy did not want to give up, so I kept arguing with him. Then, finally, he went crazy and became very angry hahaha

Call came in at 3:41P.M. on February 9, 2026. No spoken message was left. I checked the missed call box that read not in service. I checked the phone and there was a dial tone. I assumed the call was a scam.

I received a package from a rigging company in New York with my name and address but this phone number as my contact number.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
