I have had the same message over a few weeks

Call received today at around 6:30 pm. I suspect not the first time. I never answer the phone unless I recognize the telephone number. I still find interrupting what I am doing to scan the screen on my telephone an irritating waste of time. I know that ISP's put pressure on each other to weed out spammers. I can't see why telephone companies shouldn't be compelled to do the same thing. Starting with the idiots that use this service.

I just received an e-mail with that number... 641-715-3900 .... And I decided to Google it....like I do most everything now days. LOL. Thats how I got here! Cool! huh?
